All our silver jewelry is handmade from genuine 925 sterling silver – of course without cavities. We place a particularly high value on this, as it increases the product quality enormously for us.

No! We use only genuine 925 Sterling Silver, which under no circumstances loses its color, as is known from cheap metals. If the silver gets a little darker, this can be corrected in no time – you can find more about silver care here.

Yes, all cuffs are one size and can be carefully adjusted to fit any wrist by bending them evenly. Please see the following video for more information.

We understand that it can be very upsetting when the product you want is sold out. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to permanently keep all products in stock and certain items are only produced in limited quantities.

If there is a restock, it is unfortunately not always possible for us to give an exact date, as many different factors play a role.

However, we will always keep you informed about new items and restocking via our social media platforms and our newsletter.

We therefore recommend you to register for our newsletter to be always up to date. On the page of the respective article you can also register with your e-mail address and you will be notified directly as soon as it is available again.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to offer custom orders and engravings at this time. However, many jewelers offer custom jewelry engraving for 8-15€, please inquire at a jeweler in your city.

Shipping & Returns

You can find all information about returns here.

We ask for your understanding that the refund of returns can take up to 10 days, because every return has to be checked manually. If you have already waited longer, please contact us at info@danielmason.de with your shipment number so we can immediately check where your return is.

In the rare case of a wrong shipment, we sincerely apologize!

Please contact our customer service with photos of the wrong item received (item and back of jewelry box with item number).

Our customer service will then explain how to proceed so that you can get the correct item as soon as possible.

Contact Support

All shipments are sent from Germany, so there are no customs charges within the EU. Outside the EU, customs charges and import tax will apply, but since these vary from country to country, we ask you to contact your local customs authorities.

Complaint & Lifetime Warranty

Don’t panic, we won’t let you down! Just send us a short message with a photo of the defect and the piece of jewelry will be exchanged free of charge – you will receive all further information by e-mail. Contact support.

The dark areas on our jewelry – which creates our “used look” – is caused by oxidation of the silver. This oxidation can, in rare cases, continue to occur after purchase when silver comes into contact with everyday items that contain sulfur, such as leather, rubber, chlorine, salt water, and even air pollution.

We feel that our designs with some character look best through this natural oxidation. But if you want your DANIEL MASON pieces to look shiny and new again, you can remove those dark spots yourself in no time. Want to know how? Watch this video to learn all the details.
